Platinum Concierge — $499/month Includes one home visit every month, comprehensive chronic disease management, personalized care planning, medication management, priority scheduling, care coordination, direct physician access, and additional telehealth when medically necessary and based on availability.
One-Time Visits & Pricing No membership required.
Self-pay pricing is not available for Medicare beneficiaries receiving Medicare-covered services. Medicare patients should call 407-863-7980 before scheduling.

Dr. Yessenia Marte is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for adults and older adults. Her approach to medicine is grounded in kindness, respect, and taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs.
With extensive experience managing acute illnesses and complex chronic conditions, Dr. Marte believes exceptional healthcare begins with listening. She is committed to evidence-based medicine and remains current with clinical guidelines through the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). She is also preparing for board certification in Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Marte founded Marte Mobile Medicine to make high-quality primary care more personal, accessible, and convenient. The practice provides home visits in select Central Florida communities and telehealth throughout Florida and Pennsylvania, serving traditional Medicare beneficiaries and eligible self-pay patients.

What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care is a personalized healthcare option available to eligible self-pay patients through a simple membership or transparent direct-pay arrangement. It offers longer appointments, improved physician access, and a greater focus on prevention and long-term health. Medicare-covered services are handled separately according to Medicare requirements.

Marte Mobile Medicine offers personalized, physician-led care through home visits and telehealth, with Direct Primary Care membership options available to eligible non-Medicare patients.

Marte Mobile Medicine is not an emergency medical service. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Hospital care, emergency services, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, medications, and other outside services are not included and are billed separately by those providers.
We strongly recommend that all patients maintain active health insurance to help cover hospital care and other services not provided by Marte Mobile Medicine.
